In my current role at East Tennessee State University, I support digital transformation and technology adoption across campus.
I lead workshops and training sessions for faculty, staff, and students on platforms such as Dynamic Forms, Microsoft 365, and Zoom, helping teams streamline their workflows and improve productivity. I also provide technical support, develop instructional materials, and maintain department websites using the university’s content management system to ensure accessible and up-to-date content.
My work bridges education and technology, making complex tools more approachable and useful for academic and administrative success.
